We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment must be received within 7 days after end of auction.
We offer combined shipping on multiple auctions and purchases. If you are bidding on more than one item, please email us and we will combine your purchases onto one invoice to save you money on shipping. We ship FAST; most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. We also offer insurance on all packages for an additional charge, which can be added during checkout process. Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
Custom and Special Orders:
All custom and special order items that are made especially for you are not returnable except for manufacturers' defects. Due to health concerns for our horses any horse blanket, saddle pads, or personal items returned due to manufacturer defects must be clean and hair free.
Out of Stock:
If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email and/or phone. Out of stock items will be ordered and shipped to you as soon as the product arrives to our store or we may drop ship if it will get to you faster.
